The Countess Cricket Von Flippinhiemer aka "Flippy" is a real life wiener dog living in the rural Appalachian mountains of Virginia. In addition to being a mild-mannered dachshund, she is also a wonder wiener, bringing laughter, love, and fun to every event she attends! Flippy began her career as a comic book celebrity first appearing as a character in the independently produced rock and roll comic book series Metalcult Comix #6 in Summer 2016.

Throughout the remainder of 2016 Flippy made several live appearances at comic book conventions, toy, hobby shows, and other events across Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina in the U.S.A. The little hot dog was an instant celebrity and sold tons of books! Flippy quickly earned her very own comic series, created by her parents Jerri and Dennis Warren. The Lady Zombie Stardust aka "Zombie" is a half blind double dapple dachshund that Flippy adopted as her sister in Spring 2017. The homeless wiener dog had gone through a string of bad luck and was in poor health when she came home with The Flippy Family. But not for long! Flippy and her family gave Zombie plenty of love, attention, and good nutrition, then she went on tour with them throughout the remainder of the year.

Flippy and Zombie continued making appearances at comic conventions, toy shows, flea markets, wiener dog festivals and other events up and down the east coast of the U.S.A. Zombie quickly became a favorite of some folks due to her very calm demeanor and super soft, silky fur. It wasn't long before Zombie got requests to appear in her own comic book! As a result, Flippy The Dachshund #2 featuring Zombie in her very first comic book appearance is available NOW at live events and on this website!
